LOS ANGELES -- Game 5 of the 2013 NLCS finds the Los Angeles Dodgers on the brink of seeing their season end and the St. Louis Cardinals on the brink of a second pennant in the last three years. Let's see how managers Mike Matheny and Don Mattingly will play it for Wednesday's game ...

3. Matt Holliday , LF
4. Matt Adams , 1B
5. Yadier Molina , C
6. Jon Jay , CF
7. David Freese , 3B
8. Pete Kozma , SS
9. Joe Kelly , SP
2. Mark Ellis , 2B
3. Hanley Ramirez, SS
4. Adrian Gonzalez , 1B
5. Andre Ethier , CF
6. Yasiel Puig , RF
7. Juan Uribe , 3B
8. A.J. Ellis , C
9. Zack Greinke , SP
As you can see, Ramirez is in his familiar third spot for the Dodgers, but you should consider him a game-time decision. He's of course still quite limited after a Kelly fastball in Game 1 fractured one of his ribs, and Ramirez was also forced to leave Game 4 after five innings.
On the Cardinals' side of things, Freese (calf) will give it a go in Game 5 even though he, like Ramirez, was forced out of Game 4.
