P Dustin McGowan has agreed to deal with Phillies

Pitcher Dustin McGowan has agreed to a deal with the Phillies, according to ESPN.

McGowan was released by the Dodgers on March 31st. This spring, McGowan posted an ERA of 6.75, giving up 12 hits with five strikeouts and one walk. Last season, with the Blue Jays, the 33-year-old had an ERA of 4.17 in 82 innings pitched with 61 strikeouts and 33 walks.
