The Cubs have signed relief pitcher Pedro Feliciano to a minor-league contract with a major-league invite with the Chicago Cubs, according to CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman.
Feliciano's deal will be a worth $700,000 plus incentives.
The former Mets' reliever signed a minor-league deal with the Cardinals a year ago but was released in August. He has a career ERA of 3.33.
