PHOTO: Josh Reddick takes in Rays-Red Sox game on day off
Thursday, the A's are in Boston, waiting for a three-game series to begin Friday against the Red Sox. A's outfielder Josh Reddick decided to go to the Rays-Red Sox game with his time off. And he got a Dustin Pedroia bobblehead.
Fresh off a rather convincing sweep of their division rivals in Texas, the A's have an off day Thursday before beginning a three-game series against the Red Sox. So they have an off day in Boston. Josh Reddick decided to spend his off day where he'll be spending his next three work days: In Fenway Park. And he got a Dustin Pedroia bobblehead to boot:
What do u guys think of my bobble head? pic.twitter.com/nXpgRMoLwg— Josh Reddick (@joshreddick16) May 1, 2014
Remember, Reddick appeared in 143 games for the Red Sox from 2009-11 before he headed to Oakland in the Andrew Bailey trade (which really should be known as the Josh Reddick trade at this point), so he's familiar with Fenway. He obviously just wanted to take in a game on his off day. That's pretty cool.
