Pirates outright P Vance Worley to Indianapolis

Veteran pitcher Vance Worley has been outrighted by the Pirates to Triple-A Indianapolis after clearing waivers, per the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Worley has struggled both as a starter and reliever this season, particularly recently. He allowed seven earned runs in his last 12 2/3 innings pitched.
