The Angels are in the Bay Area to play a four-game weekend series against the first place Athletics, though the team hotel is located across the bay in San Francisco. On Friday, some major traffic delays forced a few of the club's most notable players to hop on public transportation to make their way over to O.co Coliseum:
Bay Bridge is shut down, so those who didn't take the early bus -- incl. Pujols & Hamilton -- will take the BART. Public transportation.

The bridge was reportedly shut down because of a bomb scare, and that is no laughing matter. Thankfully the bridge has been cleared and re-opened.
Hundred-millionaire baseball players being forced to take public transportation though? That's worth a snicker, at least. Especially since it's the Angels and the way things have been going for them these last two season. Life ain't fair sometimes.
