VIDEO: Corey Dickerson triples before stumbling, getting tagged out
Rockies outfielder Corey Dickerson nearly homered, instead tripling. But a throw got away and he decided to try and score, only to stumble and fall. He was tagged out. The Rockies then lost by one.
The Colorado Rockies have now lost six games in a row and this play should pretty well sum up their past week of action:
That would be Corey Dickerson missing a home run by inches, tripling, deciding to attempt to score, stumbling, falling and getting tagged out to begin the ninth inning. Not included in the above video is Wilin Rosario following that up with a home run to cut the lead to one. That's where things would end up, too, as the Brewers prevailed, 6-5.
That's rough. And that's a team in the midst of a six-game losing streak.
