VIDEO: Fan dressed as bear mascot leads cheers at Dodger Stadium
The Dodgers don't have a mascot, so one fan took matters into his own hands in Game 3 of the NLCS.
In the eighth inning of Monday night's NLCS Game 3, the Dodgers rally bear mascot jumped up on the visitor's dugout to lead cheers as Los Angeles rallied for some insurance runs. Here's video evidence:
Fun stuff. Mascots are fun. There is a small problem though: the Dodgers don't have a rally bear mascot. They don't have a mascot period.
Apparently someone managed to sneak a bear mascot into Dodger Stadium, get all the way down to field level, climb up on the dugout and start dancing before being escorted out of the stadium by security. That's ... pretty amazing, actually.
And now, unsurprisingly, there's a petition to welcome the rally bear as a Dodgers mascot on change.org.
