VIDEOS: Two baserunning errors highlight first inning of tiebreaker

Umpire assignments released | Game times for Games 1 and 2 of LDS round released

Though Monday night's Rays-Rangers game is technically not a playoff game -- it's the 163rd regular season game for each club -- it still has an obvious playoff feel due to the circumstances.

Then again, the baserunning hasn't exactly been playoff caliber.

On the first pitch of the game, Desmond Jennings did this.

Jennings has a hamstring issue. Under that circumstance and considering the strong arm possessed by Craig Gentry, this was a pretty bad decision.

In the bottom of the first inning, Elvis Andrus repaid the favor to the Rays, though, when he was picked off by David Price.

Credit James Loney with the savvy block, but nothing really justifies getting picked off. It's a mistake no matter what. Price would pick off Kinsler to end the third inning, too.
