The great Vin Scully has, on special occasion, been known to fall silent and let the baseball do the talking. In keeping with Mr. Scully's peerless instincts, I shall now fall silent and let Carl Skanberg's towering work of art, "The Jim Leyland Breakfast," do the talking.

When it comes to art, I'm not unlike Justice Potter Stewart and pornography, in that I know it when I see it. And you should know I know that I have just borne awed witness to art at its highest.
