Fourth time's the charm? That's what UFC is hoping is the case this summer when they have scheduled light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier to face off with former champ Jon Jones for UFC 214, the company announced on Friday.

The two first fought in 2015 with Jones scoring a unanimous decision win, retaining his 205-pound title for the eighth straight time. Jones was then stripped of his belt shortly after following hit-and-run incident in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jones fled the scene after striking another car.

This is the fourth time UFC has booked the two to fight. Cormier was forced to pull out of the first rematch when he suffered an injury in camp before UFC 197. Jones went on to defeat Ovince Saint Preux for the interim light heavyweight crown.

Then, when the two were set to meet at UFC 200, Jones was pulled the Wednesday of fight week for a positive drug test, later determined to be estrogen blockers.

It's one of the biggest fights UFC can make, especially for its summer schedule. One can only hope they make it to the ring healthy and clean.
