With FanDuel running a $150K UFC Octagon and DraftKings holding a $500K MMA Throwdown Special, the right UFC DFS picks are critical for Saturday's UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo. Jessica Eye is the No. 1 contender in the women's flyweight division, but she'll have a tough test before she gets her title shot when she takes on Cynthia Calvillo in the main event. And with almost two-dozen other options in the UFC DFS fighter pool on Saturday, including several combatants making their UFC debuts, finding value could be a challenge.
The prelims start at 6 p.m. ET, while the main card is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. ET. UFC veteran Andre Fili is one of the most expensive options available on both sites at $8,600 on DraftKings and $22 on FanDuel as he takes on Charles Jourdain, but can you trust him at that price coming off a loss at UFC 246? Before locking in any UFC Fight Night DFS picks for Saturday, be sure to check out the optimal UFC DFS strategy and advice from SportsLine's Mike McClure.

At UFC 250, McClure was all over Sean O'Malley and Alex Perez as two of his top picks. The results: both fighters scored first-round stoppages, and anybody who followed McClure's advice was poised for a profitable day.
Now, McClure has set his sights on UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo and locked in his top MMA daily Fantasy picks. You can only see them here.
Top UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo DFS predictions
For UFC Fight Night: Eye vs. Calvillo, McClure is high on Julia Avila at $19 on FanDuel and $9,300 on DraftKings. Avila will take on Gina Mazany in a women's bantamweight bout and is coming off a win in her UFC debut last July. Her only loss thus far was due to a finger injury she suffered early against Marciea Allen.
Avila (7-1) won via decision over Pannie Kianzad and dominated the standup portion of the fight in that bout, landing 3.27 significant strikes per minute while absorbing just 2.2. Mazany (6-3) will likely try to take the fight to the ground, but Avila should be well prepared for Mazany's takedown attempts and should dominate if she can keep the fight standing.
Part of McClure's optimal UFC Fight Night DFS strategy for Saturday also includes rostering Anthony Ivy ($9,000 on DraftKings, $16 on FanDuel), who is 8-2 and takes on Christian Aguilera in a welterweight bout on Saturday. "Aquaman" will be making his UFC debut and is riding a five-fight winning streak into this matchup, with all five victories coming via knockout or submission.
Aguilera (13-6) will also make his UFC debut, but his chin could be a serious liability. He's been knocked out four times during his career, while Ivy has scored a knockout in his last three fights, including a massive fourth-round KO of Willis Black at WXC 82 last September.
