Ken Berger of CBSSports.com reports that as the Milwaukee Bucks have asked for permission to interview Nets coach Jason Kidd, their management and coaches have not been made aware of such a move.

So that's awkward.

Kidd had a falling out with ownership after attempting a power play to acquire control of basketball operations over GM Billy King.

So it would appear that after Kidd was unsuccessful with the power play, which probably, you know, didn't sit well with Billy King and was awkward, he then contacted his friend Lasry, who had the Bucks' new ownership interview him. And then no one told either Bucks GM John Hammond or coach Larry Drew, neither of which have been fired. This just two days after the Bucks drafted who they think is the future of the franchise in Jabari Parker.

There's been no clarification as of yet on whether Kidd is interviewing for the GM or coach position in Milwaukee.

This story gets crazier exponentially by the minute, and it's only been out a few hours.
