The Bucks traded guard Brandon Knight to the Suns in a three-team trade, which also involved the 76ers sending Michael Carter-Williams to the Bucks, reports CBSSports.com NBA Insider Ken Berger.
As part of the deal, the Suns will send Tyler Ennis and Miles Plumlee to the Bucks. The 76ers will receive a top-five lottery protected draft pick from Phoenix, via the Lakers. The Bucks announced the deal Thursday night.
"We’re thrilled to add three talented young players in Michael, Tyler and Miles to our team," general manager John Hammond said. "Jason and his staff have an excellent track record of developing young talent, and we think this trade will accelerate our team’s growth as we continue to build toward the future and our goal to put a championship-caliber team on the floor. Both Brandon and Kendall are outstanding players and even better young men. They’ve both played an important role in our success this season. We wish them nothing but the best. We thank Kenyon for his contributions on the court and in the locker room. "He’s a real professional and we wish him well."
