Dwyane Wade back on the court after surgery
Dwyane Wade is back on the floor after summer knee surgery.
Dwyane Wade was forced to miss the Olympics because of surgery on his left knee after the season ended.
But his rehab is going so well that he's back on the floor working out a week earlier than expected. Wade tweeted yesterday, "Whew..first day on the court since my surgery..oh and that look on my face was b4 the workout started..haa."
He also tweeted this picture to prove it, I guess.
Wade's timetable didn't have him beginning oncourt activity until September, but obviously it's not September yet. The Heat's training camp opens Sept. 29 and Wade's preseason minutes may be limited.
But he's supposed to be 100 percent for Miami's opener Oct. 30 against the Celtics.
