Dwyane Wade in, Beasley out for Heat vs. Pacers Tuesday night
All-Star guard returns to action after missing time with illness and knee soreness against Indianapolis in huge matchup Tuesday night.
The Miami Heat announced Tuesday night before their game against the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis that guard Dwyane Wade will play after missing several games with both illness and knee soreness that caused the Heat to struggle on their recent road trip. Apparently, this matchup against the team with the best record in the Eastern Conference was enough to get Wade off the pine.
The Heat won't be 100 percent, though. The team announced that forward Michael Beasley, who has played remarkably well recently, will be out with a hamstring injury. His absence impacts the Heat's scoring depth off the bench as well as having a rebounder and someone who can at least mimic LeBron stylistically.
Danny Granger plans to return Friday, but is still out for the Pacers.
