Eric Gordon, Lou Williams, Andre Iguodala named Sixth Man of the Year finalists

Rolling along with the announcements of the finalists for the NBA's major awards, we now have the trio that will be considered for Sixth Man of the Year.

The Rockets now join the Sixers in having two players up for the same award, as Eric Gordon and Lou Williams make the list, while Andre Iguodala is the other reserve under consideration.

We won't know the winner until June 26, however, as the NBA has decided to delay the announcement of the award winners until the first-ever NBA Awards Show after the end of the Finals.

It was a renaissance year for Gordon, as he made the move to Houston and put together a fantastic season in Mike D'Antoni's offense. The 3-point-happy style also served Lou Williams well, as he made an instant impact after coming over from the Lakers, for whom he was playing very well early in the season. Iguodala, of course, was once again one of the most important bench players in the league, and a key part of the Warriors' "death lineup."
