Eye on Basketball Podcast: Jazz deals, top League Pass teams

Matt Moore joins me today to discuss a reported extension and a potential extension with the Utah Jazz. There were reports over the weekend that Derrick Favors and the Utah Jazz had agreed to a four-year deal for $49 million. We now have additional information leaking out that Gordan Hayward and the Jazz are working on an extension that will be more lucrative than the Favors deal. Are the Jazz building the right way? Are these guys good enough to eat up big money as a collective core? What kind of ceiling does a core of Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter, and Trey Burke give the team?

Then we get into a fun discussion about the top and worst NBA League Pass teams you can sign up for. There is an option with the League Pass Broadband in which you select five teams for the entire season. Would you shun the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers? Are the Toronto Raptors and Detroit Pistons a better watch for them? Does it get any better than committing to the Golden State Warriors and New Orleans Pelicans? And why does Matt suggest you avoid the Chicago Bulls?

We discuss all of this, plus top announcing options, Thomas Robinson's revenge, and much more.
