Eye on Basketball Podcast: Kobe's return, LeBron's answers

Matt Moore joins me today to talk about guys putting up shots. Trying to figure out when Kobe Bryant is going to return can be maddening and confusing. Until he does actually return, the Los Angeles Lakers are going to heavily rely on guys like Nick Young, which just shows you how important gunners are in this league. How much can you rely on their play and how much do they affect the watchability of the NBA? Should teams just be wildly chucking 3-pointers to catch up with the times?

LeBron James had a sit down Q&A with Chris Broussard and out of it came some pretty interesting answers. Is it OK for him to say he's afraid of failure and that it has shaped how he goes about his career? Is it right for him to admit there are multiple turning points in his career? Why hasn't he had a relationship with Michael Jordan and should either player actually reach out to one another?

We discuss all of this, plus asking for shoes, how teams deal with injury news, and much more.
