Eye on Basketball Podcast: Let's hear it for New York

We don't really want to talk about the debacle in New York right now but they keep sliding down the proverbial hill. Matt Moore joins me to discuss the New York Knicks after their losing streak has reached nine games. They're 10 games under .500 and don't look to be heading out of it any time soon. Does Tyson Chandler fix all of this nonsense going on? Did Iman Shumpert's screaming match with Carmelo Anthony get him benched and does it get him out of town? What happened to Mike Woodson's defensive schemes?

The Brooklyn Nets have struggled. This isn't shocking news to anybody. A lot of it has to do with the injuries and it doesn't help that Kevin Garnett has been really bad on the floor. Does KG's new commercial of tuning everything bad out embody his season and presence perfectly right now? Does Matt's conspiracy theory of Garnett angling to get moved to Doc Rivers and the Clippers hold any water? Is there any way it could work? Should Matt stop watching JFK stuff?

We discuss all of this, plus Mike D'Antoni's coaching, the coaching antics of Jason Kidd and Kevin McHale, and preview tonight's games.
