Eye on Basketball Podcast: Warriors clinch, we rank

I'm joined by Ethan Sherwood Strauss the day after the Golden State Warriors clinched their second playoff berth in 19 seasons. Ethan discusses the joy and reactions of people throughout the Warriors organization. From the owner to the coaches to the players, they all seem to be enjoying this moment but trying not to let it be their only goal as they progress as a franchise. Is there proper perspective that has to be held here or can they just be happy?

We also talk about how we rank players and what the criteria ends up being for our process. How did so many big injuries muddle this process? Is there a fourth-best player in the NBA right now? Is there an argument for guys like James Harden and Russell Westbrook over Kobe Bryant? Why do we forget about Dwyane Wade? Should the impact of a player be factored in over the skill of a player? And will Dwight Howard ever get that impact back?

There are these discussions, plus how we view the draft, the emergence of John Wall, and why cats are the worst.
