Grizzlies' Marc Gasol set to return Tuesday vs. OKC
Grizzlies center has missed over a month with an MCL sprain but is ready to play vs. Thunder.
The Grizzlies announced center Marc Gasol, who has missed the last month and a half with a Grade 2 MCL sprain will start Tuesday night for Memphis.
Gasol averaged 16 points and seven rebounds in 13 games earlier this season for Memphis.
The move comes at a good time for Memphis which has won two in a row and six of its last ten. They've started to find some momentum and a little bit of an identity after a terrible start, compounded by Gasol's absence. Getting their best overall player back on the court should go a long way in helping them push for a playoff spot in the crowded Western Conference.
