Indiana newspaper prints 'Heat cut Nuts' typo in headline
Ooooof. That mistake hurts.
Ugh. We meant to say "Nets." pic.twitter.com/q8FME0KUgn— Ryan G. Reynolds (@RyanReynolds) May 7, 2014
Move over, "Mr. Unreliable." There's a new leader in the hotly contested race for the most unfortunate headline of the 2014 NBA playoffs. The Evansville Courier & Press printed a story titled "Thunder's Durant rolls to MVP, Heat cut Nuts" on Wednesday. Of course, it was supposed to read "Heat cut Nets." No nuts were harmed in Miami.
Metro editor Ryan G. Reynolds' short and sweet tweet sure beats the Oklahoman's apology, too.
