Knicks-Pacers Game 6: A downward slide for Knicks' shooting
The Knicks got off to a hot start and then fell off a cliff shooting in Game 6. They shot just 7-27 in the second quarter as Indiana's lead increased.
The Knicks got off to a great start in Game 6 vs. the Pacers. They were hitting shots. Granted, the shot selection wasn't excellent, they took 11 midrange jumpers, but hey, they hit six. That'll sustain, right?
... Guys? Anybody? Guys?
Yeah, then the second quarter came.
So not a great development for the Knicks. The Pacers aren't great offensively, again, but they can win a game that way. The Knicks need to hit shots. They did in the first quarter and were down just two. They need to reverse the trend in the second half.
