The Lakers revealed on Thursday that they will be featuring a black alternate uniform next season, called the "Hollywood Nights" jersey.
OK, truth be told, I'm a sucker for black alternates. I like the Heat ones, I like other teams' versions, and these are slick. The've got a very 80's feel to them with the bright yellow and purple against the black backdrop, like Corey Feldman and Corey Haim are going to feature prominently.
Of course, I hear Hollywood Nights, and this is what I think of because of my dad.
Hey, they play that stupid I Love LA song, there should be room for this one.
