Nothing has changed since the beginning of the season: Las Vegas expects the Miami Heat to win the 2012 NBA Finals.

Back in November, we noted that the Miami Heat opened the season as the Las Vegas favorite to win the 2012 NBA Finals with odds of 9/4, topping the Los Angeles Lakers (5/1), the Chicago Bulls (7/1), the Oklahoma City Thunder (15/2) and the defending champion Dallas Mavericks (17/2).

On Friday, Las Vegas odds website Bovada.LV announced that the Heat remain the odds-on favorite to become 2012 NBA champions with the first round of the NBA playoffs set to begin on Saturday. The Heat -- led by the All-Star trio of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh -- are currently listed at 11/5. The Heat lost in the 2011 NBA Finals to the Mavericks in six games.

The rest of the top five includes: Chicago Bulls (7/2), Oklahoma City Thunder (15/4), San Antonio Spurs (9/2) and Los Angeles Lakers (14/1).

The Thunder are 1/1 to win the Western Conference Finals, topping the Spurs at 2/1, the Lkaers at 7/1 and the Memphis Grizzlies at 10/1.
