LeBron James, Kevin Durant headline All-NBA first team

The NBA has announced its All-NBA teams and the first team is headline by the MVP and runner-up.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant are joined by Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and Chris Paul on the All-NBA first team. Russell Westbrook, Tony Parker, Kevin Love, Blake Griffin and Andrew Bynum comprise the second team with Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Tyson Chandler, Rajon Rondo and Dirk Nowitzki making the third team.

Howard, Paul and LeBron all were also named NBA first team All-Defense.
