NBA DFS for Dec. 2: Best DraftKings, FanDuel daily fantasy basketball picks

Before you enter a daily fantasy basketball tournament for NBA action Saturday night, you need to hear what professional DFS player Mike McClure has to say. McClure has more than $1 million in career DFS winnings and is off to a red-hot start this season, already cashing multiple tournament and cash game rosters.

He has been able to do all that thanks to some spot-on picks.

On Friday, McClure locked value pick Alec Burks in his lineup for the second consecutive night at just $3,600 on FanDuel. The result? Burks exploded with 24 points, three rebounds, and two steals -- producing 38.1 DFS points at an extremely low price. Anybody who had him in their lineup was well on their way to a profitable evening.

For Saturday, McClure has identified Grizzlies forward JaMychal Green, who is just $4,200 on FanDuel and $3,800 on DraftKings, as a top value play.

On the surface, Green looks like a risky play because he averages 10 points and five rebounds per game. But with Marc Gasol questionable for Saturday night's matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Green has a favorable chance to pile up production in a fast-paced game.

If you roster Green, you'll have plenty of salary cap room to load up on a huge star like Giannis Antetokounmpo ($12,400 on FanDuel, $11,600 on DraftKings). Antetokounmpo is putting up MVP-like numbers this season, averaging 29.2 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. He has also scored at least 45 DFS points in the last 12 games he has played in.

On top of all that, he has a dream matchup against a Sacramento team that doesn't have anyone on the roster that has any chance of guarding him. When these two teams met earlier this week, Antetokounmpo scored 32 points in 26 minutes and grabbed five rebounds with four assists, five steals, and one block.

Look for Giannis to keep his hot streak rolling as he tries to keep the Bucks, a team that has won three of their past four, moving in the right direction against the Kings.

McClure is also targeting a star forward who is an elite tournament play tonight with a limited slate of games. Picks like these could be the difference between winning your NBA DFS tournaments and cash games or going home empty-handed.
