Odds: Miami Heat are already the favorites to win 2014 NBA title

This time next year, will Juwan Howard be pouring bottles of champagne on the Birdman Chris Andersen and, if so, will it be to celebrate a third NBA title if both are members of the Miami Heat? The fine folks at Bovada already have the odds on who will win next season's NBA championship, and the Heat are the favorites at 2-1.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have the second-best odds at 11-2, the Chicago Bulls are third at 15-2 (does this mean Derrick Rose is going to rejoin us?), and the San Antonio Spurs have 17-2 odds. The Charlotte Bobcats and Orlando Magic share the worst odds at 500-1, and the Los Angeles Lakers are 22-1. 

They also have prop bets on whether Manu Ginobili (free agent this summer) will be with the Spurs for next season and whether the Miami Big Three will still be together.
