Phil Jackson waiting for Carmelo Anthony to text him back
Knicks president Phil Jackson said he hasn't gotten an answer from free agent Carmelo Anthony.
While the New York Daily News reported that Carmelo Anthony believes in Phil Jackson's plan and intends to return to the New York Knicks, Jackson told reporters on Thursday that he's still waiting to be informed by the star free agent.

Jackson added that there are multiple offers on the table for Anthony:

Basically, Jackson feels good about the situation, but nothing is official. Anthony could sign a max contract, or accept less than that to help the Knicks' salary-cap situation. While it'd be a shock if he went anywhere else, it's not done yet. C'mon, Melo, give the Zen Master a text, will you?
