Pistons sign Jordan Bachynski to non-guaranteed deal
Jordan Bachynski agreed to a non-guaranteed deal with the Pistons on Wednesday, Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reports. The 7-foot-2 center spent part of last season in the D-League, averaging 6.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks for the Westchester Knicks.
A shot-blocking force during his college days at Arizona State, Bachynski is yet to prove belongs at the NBA level, but he'll get a chance to make an impact during training camp for Detroit. He's highly unlikely to crack the final roster, however.
