Report: Darren Collison's (hip) season could be in jeopardy

Although a final decision has not been made, the Kings front office aren't optimistic that guard Darren Collison will play again this season, Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports reports.

The Kings have been without Collison since Feb. 7 due to a strained right hip flexor. He traveled to Los Angeles on Tuesday to see a specialist, and the team has yet to reveal the results of his testing. Collison played 45 games for Sacramento, averaging 16.1 points and 5.6 assists. Guard Ray McCallum has been inserted into the starting lineup during Collison's absence.
