Video: LeBron James returns from leg cramps to hit go-ahead 3-pointer

Miami Heat forward LeBron James writhed in pain due to apparent leg cramps during the fourth quarter of Game 4 of the 2012 NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Heat were forced to call timeout so that Heat staffers could attend to James at the 5:15 mark of the fourth quarter. The NBA's reigning MVP would return to the game at the 4:05 mark and bury a 3-pointer shortly thereafter.

After the game, the Heat confirmed that James had suffered leg cramps and not a more serious injury. James said that he was "feeling good" in advance of Game 5 at American Airlines Arena on Thursday night. The Heat hold a 3-1 series lead over the Thunder in the 2012 NBA Finals.
