Videos: Knicks F Carmelo Anthony hits 2 late 3-pointers to beat Bulls in OT

It was an Easter to remember for Carmelo Anthony.

The New York Knicks downed the Chicago Bulls 100-99 in overtime on Sunday thanks to a season-high 43 points from Anthony. The All-Star forward shot 16-for-31 from the field and added 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 block in 47 minutes.

Most memorably, Anthony hit four of his five 3-pointers, including a late, deep three that helped send the game to overtime and then a final one that provided the winning margin.

After Bulls All-Star forward Luol Deng and the NBA's reigning MVP Derrick Rose both missed back-to-back free throws in the final minute of regulation, Anthony stepped up to can a deep trey over Bulls forward Taj Gibson with 11 seconds remaining. The shot tied the game at 91. When Rose airballed a jumper on the ensuing possession the two teams headed for overtime.

From there, Rose committed a careless turnover with 45 seconds and the Bulls up 99-97. Anthony drove hard to the hoop and missed multiple close-range attempts before chaos ensued. The Knicks batted out offensive rebounds multiple times and, after a J.R. Smith miss, Anthony lined up another deep three from the right angle over Deng. The shot was good. Rose again missed a potential game-winner at the buzzer and Anthony's three gave New York its one point victory.
