Bowen (wrist) did not play in Saturday's G League win against the Raptors 905.
Bowen was coming off his most productive game of the season Thursday, but he missed Saturday's game as a result of a wrist injury. The severity of the injury is unclear, but his next chance to play will come Tuesday against Lakeland.
Bowen accumulated 20 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 39 minutes in Monday's win against Rio Grande Valley.
Bowen has now topped 20 points in back-to-back games and recorded another double-double Monday as the Mad Ants picked up the narrow win against the Vipers. The 6-foot-6 forward is averaging 10.9 points and 7.1 rebounds over his first eight G League games.
Bowen posted four points (2-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt), 10 rebounds, two assists and one block over 36 minutes in Sunday's win against Windy City.
Bowen hasn't made much of an impact on the scoreboard over his first five games in the G League as he's averaged eight points per game. However, his season-high 10 rebounds brought his average up to 6.8 rebounds per game this year, which helps to prop up the 6-7 forward's value for the Mad Ants.
Bowen posted 14 points (5-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, one assist and one block over 25 minutes in Friday's loss to the Red Claws.
Bowen saw a season-low 25 minutes after averaging 32 minutes per game over the first two contests, but he was efficient with a season-high 14 points. The 21-year-old has averaged 9.7 points and 5.7 rebounds over the first three games of the 2019-20 campaign.
Bowen played three minutes off the bench in Tuesday's 111-85 win over the Thunder, finishing with two points (1-2 FG).
With the Pacers missing five players due to injury, Bowen -- one of Indiana's two two-way players -- had the rare opportunity to dress for the NBA team. After the game turned into a blowout in the second half, Bowen received the opportunity to make his NBA debut as coach Nate McMillan emptied the bench. While Bowen was able to collect his first points in garbage time, he's unlikely to earn a spot in McMillan's rotation as a result.
