  • Kings' Nemanja Bjelica: Makes most of opportunities in win

Bjelica compiled 11 points (4-5 FG, 3-3 3Pt), six rebounds and one steal across 27 minutes in the Kings' 104-99 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Bjelica managed to maximize the few shots he did take, only misfiring once and racking up the points in a hurry with a trio of threes. After a hot start that saw him score in double digits in seven of his first eight games, the fourth-year pro has been more inconsistent in November. Bjelica has scored between 11 and 19 points in three contests during the current month, but he's also been held scoreless once and tallied two and four points, respectively, in another pair of outings. The offensive fluctuations may be something fantasy owners have to continue to live with, but the 30-year-old has at least been steady on the boards, now averaging a career-high 5.7 rebounds across his first 14 games.

  • Kings' Buddy Hield: Modest but productive performance in win

Hield netted 14 points (5-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four assists, two rebounds and two steals across 26 minutes in the Kings' 104-99 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Hield's shot was a bit off for the second straight game, but he still found his way to a 10th straight double-digit scoring effort. The third-year wing has shot under 40.0 percent in two straight contests, but his typically solid production elsewhere across the stat sheet helps props up his final line whenever he's not as sharp offensively. Despite a current three-game stretch where he's scored under 20 points, the 24-year-old continues to average a career-best 18.7 points per contest.

  • Kings' Willie Cauley-Stein: Another double-double in Monday's win

Cauley-Stein pitched in 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-2 FT), 13 rebounds, three assists and one steal across 32 minutes in the Kings' 104-99 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Cauley-Stein once again turned in a stellar effort on the boards on his way to a second straight double-double. The 25-year-old's scoring has fluctuated to an extent, but he's still posted a double-digit point tally in all but one game this season. Cauley-Stein is also taking double-digit shot attempts in the majority of games, keeping him in the conversation for a double-double any time he takes the floor. Factoring in Monday's production, he's averaging career bests in scoring (16.5) , rebounds (8.6) and shooting percentage (56.7).

  • Kings' De'Aaron Fox: Remains productive in win

Fox turned in 19 points (7-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-4 FT), seven assists, three rebounds, two steals and one block across 31 minutes in the Kings' 104-99 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Fox checked in as the leading scorer on the first unit and turned in the second-highest tally for the night on the Kings behind that of Bogdan Bogdanovic. The second-year guard continues to be highly efficient offensively on the majority of nights, with Monday's stellar 77.8 percent success rate from the floor -- which included a 75.0 percent figure from three-point range -- bringing his overall shooting percentage to 54.7 percent over the first six games of November. The elite-level accuracy has helped Fox increase his scoring average more than seven points (11.6 to 18.7) over that of his rookie season.

  • Kings' Bogdan Bogdanovic: Pours in team-leading scoring total off bench

Bogdanovic tallied 22 points (9-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three assists and one rebound across 25 minutes in the Kings' 104-99 win over the Spurs on Monday.

Bogdanovic continued to up his minutes and posted his best scoring total by far of the three games he's suited up for. The 26-year-old got a late start to his season after offseason knee surgery, and his shot had seemed unsurprisingly rusty at times over the first two games. Bogdanovic particularly showed some life from behind the arc Monday after draining just one of his first six three-point attempts across his first pair of outings. He'll look to continue building back up to a starter's workload of minutes, at which point he'll presumably enter the first unit for the first time on the campaign.

  • Kings' Bogdan Bogdanovic: Will play Monday

Bogdanovic will play Monday against the Spurs, James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Not that his status was in much question, but Bogdanovic did sit out Friday's game on the first night of a back-to-back for rest purposes. He returned to action Saturday against the Lakers and finished with six points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal in 20 minutes of action. He could see a slightly increased workload Monday in what will be his third game back, and Bogdanovic's status is worth monitoring later in the week when the Kings head into a Friday/Saturday road back-to-back.

  • Kings' Kosta Koufos: Ruled out Monday

Koufos will not play Monday against the Spurs due to a sore calf, Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee reports.

Koufos dealt with a hamstring injury earlier in the season, but he's played double-digit minutes in each of the last seven games. It's unclear when, exactly, he picked up the calf issue, but the veteran will not be available Monday, meaning Marvin Bagley and Nemanja Bjelica could pick up a few additional minutes.

  • Kings' Harry Giles: Recalled from G League

Giles has been recalled from the G League, James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Giles quickly fell out of the Kings' rotation to begin the season, and he made his G League debut over the weekend, putting up 30 points, four rebounds and two assists in Sunday's loss to the Agua Caliente Clippers. Giles could still work his way into a consistent role with the Kings at some point this season, but thus far his season is off to a relatively disappointing start.

  • Kings' Harry Giles: Sent down to Stockton

Giles was assigned to the Stockton Kings on Sunday, Jason Jones of The Athletic reports.

Giles played only two minutes in Saturday's loss to the Lakers, and he's already racked up four DNP-CDs on the season. The 2017 first-round pick was expected to be a contributor for the rebuilding Kings, and while that could still be the case later in the season, he'll be in a bit of a holding pattern for the time being. Giles took the assignment to Stockton in stride, though he noted after Saturday's game that it's not where he expected he'd be at this point in the season. "I'm not going to say I thought it was something that was going to happen," Giles said.

  • Kings' Buddy Hield: Struggles with shot in loss Saturday

Hield produced 12 points (3-17 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds and two assists across 25 minutes in Saturday's 101-86 loss to the Lakers.

Hield couldn't get anything going on Saturday, as he converted only 17.6 percent of his shots and went 1-for-6 from 3-point range. He played well below his season average of 19.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. That kind of output has given Hield a permanent spot n the starting five. He hopes to right the ship when the Kings meet the Spurs on Monday.

  • Kings' De'Aaron Fox: Delivers solid stat line in loss

Fox posted 21 points (9-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and a blocked shot across 38 minutes in Saturday's 101-86 loss to the Lakers.

Fox played excellent ball despite his team's season-low scoring total. He's been deadly from beyond the arc this season, converting 41 percent of his 3-point attempts. Fox is often overlooked as a quality fantasy target, but now that the Kings have started out strong, he'll be in higher demand.

  • Kings' Willie Cauley-Stein: Records fifth double-double in loss

Cauley-Stein logged 12 points (6-14 FG), 12 rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot across 25 minutes in Saturday's 101-86 loss to the Lakers.

Cauley-Stein has shown marked signs of improvement, and that's one reason why the Kings are over.500. The fourth-year Kentucky product is outpacing previous numbers with career-high averages of16.8 points and 8.2 rebounds across 13 games this season. Saturday's game was the third time in four games where he committed five fouls, so that's an area that needs work.

  • Kings' Willie Cauley-Stein: Records fifth double-double in loss

Cauley-Stein provided 12 points (6-14 FG), 12 rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot across 25 minutes in Saturday's 101-86 loss to the Lakers.

Cauley-Stein came dangerously close to fouling out and also committed four turnovers on a night where the Lakers manhandled the Kings defensively. Despite the loss, Cauley-Stein has made great strides in improving his overall game this season, lifting his averages in points and rebounds. The 24-year-old center is a big part of why the Kings are over.500, and he should continue to contribute decent stat lines moving forward.

  • Kings' Bogdan Bogdanovic: Will play Saturday

Bogdanovic (rest) will play Saturday against the Lakers, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

As expected, Bogdanovic will play Saturday after resting his knee on the first half of a back-to-back set Friday. During his season debut, he recorded seven points, two rebounds and one assist in 18 minutes.

  • Kings' Nemanja Bjelica: Nice bounce-back in Friday's victory

Bjelica had 14 points (6-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt), eight rebounds, two blocks, one assist, and one steal in 27 minutes during Friday's 121-110 victory over Minnesota.

After scoring a combined four points across his previous two games, Bjelica managed 14 points against his former team, adding some nice across the board production. Barring the two previous duds, Bjelica is having himself a breakout campaign. His upside is certainly not the highest but he has shown the ability to contribute in a number of areas on any given night.

  • Kings' De'Aaron Fox: Hands out 10 assists Friday

Fox tallied 16 points (3-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 9-12 FT), 10 assists, four rebounds, two blocks, and one steal in 33 minutes during Friday's 121-110 victory over the Timberwolves.

Fox continued his impressive start to the season Friday, recording his third double-digit assist game. He is one of the major reasons the Kings now sit at 7-and-5 for the season. He has improved a number of aspects to his game including efficiency, passing and perimeter scoring. It is appearing as though he is going to smash his pre-season rank and could turn out to be one of the steals of the draft.

  • Kings' Buddy Hield: Managed double-double Friday

Hield contributed 15 points (6-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt), 10 rebounds, and three assists in 33 minutes during Friday's 121-110 victory over Minnesota.

Hield had his lowest scoring game since October 24 but managed to produce his second double-double of the season. He has also hit at least three triples in half of his games so far. A break out season is certainly on the cards for Hield, and as long as the Kings remain competitive, he should also remain in the discussion for the most improved player.
