  • Wizards' Otto Porter: Officially questionable Wednesday

Porter (knee) is officially questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Celtics.

After suffering a bruised right knee during Monday's game, Porter was considered day-to-day, and he could end up being a game-time call against Boston. More information may arrive following morning shootaround. If he's unable to play, Kelly Oubre, Jeff Green and Tomas Satoransky figure to see extra run.

  • Wizards' John Wall: Expected to play Wednesday

Wall (heel) is probable for Wednesday's matchup against the Celtics.

The Wizards didn't practice Tuesday, although it's evident Wall feels good enough to the extent that Washington believes he'll play. Confirmation on his availability should surface closer to tip.

  • Wizards' Otto Porter: Labeled day-to-day

Porter is day-to-day with a right knee contusion, Ben Standig of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Porter suffered the injury during the first half of Monday's game against the Pacers and did not return. His status for Wednesday's game against the Celtics remains murky at this point, but things should clear up once he tests his knee out during warmups. If Porter can't play, Kelly Oubre and Jeff Green would likely benefit the most.

  • Wizards' John Wall: Day-to-day with heel injury

Wall (heel) is being considered day-to-day, Ben Standig of NBC Sports Washington reports.

The Wizards had a film day Tuesday instead of traditional practice, so it's unclear exactly how healthy Wall is feeling at this time while he nurses bone spurs in his left heel. He did not play Monday and should, for now, be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Celtics. Expect an update on Wall following Washington's shootaround Wednesday morning.

  • Wizards' Sam Dekker: Plays 10 minutes in Wizards debut

Dekker made his Wizards debut Monday night against the Pacers and finished with two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3PT) in 10 minutes.

Acquired from the Cavs last week as part of a three-team deal, Dekker joined the Wizards on Monday and made his return to action after missing several weeks with an ankle injury. The Wisconsin product figures to be a regular part of the rotation for the shallow Wizards, but, barring an injury to Jeff Green, Kelly Oubre and/or Markieff Morris, he's unlikely to play enough minutes to be fantasy-relevant in standard formats.

  • Wizards' Austin Rivers: 13 points in Monday's loss

Rivers accumulated 13 points (5-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), four assists, three rebounds and a steal in 34 minutes Monday against the Pacers.

Rivers had a solid if unspectacular game Monday, cracking double-digits for the first time in five games. While Rivers is still playing good defense, his offensive game has taken a massive step back in his first year with Washington, with the veteran guard in only managing 7.0 points and 2.4 rebounds in 22.9 minutes per game. For now, Rivers can't be considered a fantasy asset in standard formats.

  • Wizards' Kelly Oubre: Scores 23 in loss

Oubre contributed 23 points (9-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-7 FT), five rebounds, three steals, an assist and a block in 37 minutes during Monday's loss to the Pacers.

Oubre stepped up with John Wall absent and Otto Porter missing most of the game, eclipsing 20 points for the third time in his past seven games. He's put a nice stretch together of late and is averaging 19.0 points and 4.75 rebounds in his last four games. Oubre is having a solid if unspectacular season, and has failed to advance his game in a noticeable way. He may hold some additional value as long as Wall and Porter are out, but doesn't make enough meaningful contributions consistently to be a viable asset in standard formats in the long run.

  • Wizards' Bradley Beal: Drops 30 points in loss Monday

Beal posted 30 points (10-27 FG, 4-9 3 Pt, 6-7 FT), three assists, three rebounds, three steals and a block in 44 minutes Monday against Indiana.

Beal provided a nice, if inefficient statistical line Monday, taking his most shots of the season and reaching 30 points for the fourth time this year. He's averaged 24.7 shot attempts over his past four games with both John Wall (heel) and Otto Porter (knee) banged up, translating his looks into 30 points per game over that span. Beal will take a minor step back when Wall and Porter return, but he's still an excellent fantasy option, putting up 22.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 2.2 threes, 1.0 steal and 1.0 block in 35 minutes per game on the year.

  • Wizards' Otto Porter: Won't return vs. Pacers

Porter has been ruled out for the remainder of Monday's game against the Wizards due to a right knee contusion, Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Porter played just seven minutes prior to suffering the injury and exiting the contest. Kelly Oubre and Jeff Green should be in line for more run with Porter done for the night.

  • Wizards' Sam Dekker: Active Monday

Dekker will be available off the Wizards' bench Monday against the Pacers, Zach Rosen of WashingtonWizards.com reports.

Dekker was dealt to Washington on Friday as part of a three-team deal, and he'll be available to make his debut after passing a physical on Sunday. The Wisconsin product was nursing an ankle injury prior to the trade and has not played in a game since Nov. 5. That, of course, was when Dekker was still a member of the Cavaliers.

  • Wizards' Austin Rivers: Will rejoin starting five Monday

Rivers is expected to start at point guard Monday against the Pacers, Candace Buckner of The Washington Post reports.

Rivers is set to join the starting lineup for the second time in three games with John Wall (heel) once again unavailable. He posted nine points, seven rebounds and seven assists across 34 minutes in his previous start.

  • Wizards' John Wall: Ruled out Monday

Wall (heel) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pacers, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Wall is dealing with bone spurs in his left heel and failed to show enough improvement during Monday's shootaround to receive clearance to play. It's unclear who will start in place of Wall, though Tomas Satoransky and Austin Rivers are both candidates to see increased run in his absence. Wall's next chance to take the court will come Wednesday against the Celtics.

  • Wizards' Sam Dekker: Passes physical

Dekker (ankle) passed his physical and participated in Sunday's practice, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Dekker's move to Washington is now official. That said, it's still unclear when he'll make his debut for the Wizards. Dekker hasn't played since Nov. 5 due to a sprained left ankle, though he's reportedly inching closer to a return.

  • Wizards' Sam Dekker: Practices with new team Sunday

Dekker (ankle) passed his physical and practiced with the Wizards on Sunday, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Dekker, who was traded to Washington on Friday, practiced with his new team Sunday and is considered a game-time decision Monday against Indiana, per reports. Even if Dekker is healthy enough to play Monday though, the former Wisconsin star will likely not see many minutes as the Wizards have much depth at the power forward position already with Markieff Morris, Jeff Green and Otto Porter.

  • Wizards' John Wall: Status uncertain for Monday

Wall (heel) is questionable for Monday's game against the Pacers, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Wall played through an illness during Saturday's loss to the Cavaliers but was utterly ineffective, producing just one point (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) to go with six assists and four rebounds in 26 minutes. Coach Scott Brooks acknowledged that the point guard is feeling better, but is now dealing with bone spurs in his left heel as well. Wall was unable to practice Sunday because of the issue and looks in serious danger of missing Monday's contest if he doesn't show noteworthy improvement earlier that day at the Wizards' shootaround.

  • Wizards' John Wall: Miserable night against Cavs

Wall scored one point (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) while adding six assists and four rebounds in 26 minutes during Saturday's 116-101 loss to the Cavaliers.

This was pretty much the opposite of Michael Jordan's famous Flu Game. Wall came into the night battling some sort of bug and was clearly not playing at 100 percent, and not only could he get nothing going on offense, his weak defense allowed Collin Sexton to go off for a career-best 29 points. The Wizards only get one day of rest before a road clash with the Pacers, but hopefully that's enough time for Wall to recover.

  • Wizards' Bradley Beal: Carries offense in loss

Beal scored 27 points (12-25 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT) while adding five assists, four rebounds and a steal in 33 minutes during Saturday's 116-101 loss to the Cavaliers.

While Beal scored more than 20 points for the fourth straight game, the same couldn't be said for his backcourt partner John Wall (illness), who managed a miserable one point on a night when he was almost certainly not at 100 percent. Beal's been hoisting more shots over the last few games, but expect his usage to return to normal once Wall has shaken off his bug.
