Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Will remain out Tuesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Jokic (ankle) will remain out Tuesday against the Pistons, Gina Mizell of the Denver Post reports.

There was some hope that Jokic would be able to return Tuesday, but he'll ultimately miss his sixth consecutive game as the Nuggets continue their six-game road swing. Denver his 2-3 without Jokic in the lineup, and at this point it's unclear if he'll have a realistic chance to return for Wednesday's matchup with the Celtics in Boston. Following that contest, the Nuggets are off Thursday before playing host to New Orleans on Friday.

Nuggets' Will Barton: Plays 44 minutes in loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Barton collected 21 points (8-19 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine assists, six rebounds and two steals in 44 minutes during Sunday's 126-116 loss to the Pacers.

Barton received the start again Sunday, playing a whopping 44 minutes. With both Paul Millsap (wrist0 and Nikola Jokic (ankle) on the sidelines, Barton continues to see additional time, be it as a starter or off the bench. The lineup seems to be based on the matchup, so predicting whether he will start is anyone's guess. Nonetheless, he should continue to see minutes in the 30's, even after Jokic returns. He should be owned in all leagues and provides scoring as well as chipping in across the board.

Nuggets' Trey Lyles: Scores 25 points in loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lyles finished with 25 points 9-15 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and one steal in 26 minutes during Sunday's 126-116 loss to Indiana.

Lyles turned in a gem Sunday, scoring a career-high 25 points in the process. He most certainly flashed his upside, as he saw additional run due to the lingering injury to Nikola Jokic. He has had some nice games since Jokic went down but has also added some duds. He is worth a look if you are after some short-term value, but will likely regress upon Jokic's return.

Nuggets' Jamal Murray: Will play Sunday vs. Pacers
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Murray (calf) will play in Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Murray popped up on the injury report with some tightness in his right calf, though it was never considered to be anything overly serious. After testing the calf out Sunday morning, Murray feels healthy enough to play and should take on his usual spot in the starting lineup. There's certainly a chance the tightness shows up during the game, so Murray will likely be a bit of a risky DFS play Sunday. That said, season-long owners should feel comfortable activating him.

Nuggets' Monte Morris: Recalled from G-League
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Morris was recalled from the G-League and will be available for Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Morris is slated for his first stint with the Nuggets after signing a two-way deal with the team in July. With Jamal Murray (calf) questionable for Sunday's tilt, Morris will provide depth at point guard should Murray be limited or unable to play. Morris, who was the 51st overall pick in the 2017 draft, is averaging 17.4 points, 4.8 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game in the G-League this season.
