Clippers' Danilo Gallinari: Listed as out again Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Gallinari (hip) is listed as out on the Clippers' game notes in advance of Saturday's game against the Heat.

While game notes can be subject to change, there's little reason to believe Gallinari won't miss a fourth straight game as he continues to nurse a hip injury. The wing previously missed several weeks with a related issue, but he returned to action for a pair of games earlier this month before landing on the injury report again. Assuming Gallinari does, indeed, sit out, consider him questionable to make his return Monday in San Antonio.

Clippers' Austin Rivers: Doubtful Saturday vs. Miami
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Rivers (concussion) is doubtful for Saturday's contest against the Heat, Elliott Teaford of the Torrance Daily Breeze reports. He must clear the league's concussion protocol before seeing the court.

Rivers suffered the concussion during Wednesday's game against the Magic, which caused him to miss Friday's game against the Wizards. It appears unlikely he'll play in Saturday's contest either, which should allow for Milos Teodosic and Lou Williams to see the bulk of the team's minutes at guard. Jawun Evans, Sindarius Thornwell and C.J. Williams all remain candidates to see backup run.

Clippers' Lou Williams: Scores game-high 23 points Friday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Williams scored 23 points (5-14 FG, 3-8 3PT, 10-10 FT) to go with five rebounds, four assists and one steal across 33 minutes in Friday's 100-91 loss to Washington.

Williams led all scorers with 23 points after getting the start on Friday. Leading the Clippers' offense is nothing new to the guard. In his last eight games, Williams is averaging 23.7 points. Three-point shooting has played a large role in his career-best 20.1 points per game average for the season. Williams is shooting a career-best 39.9 percent on a career-high 6.2 shots per game. In the eight games since Blake Griffin's injury, Williams has taken full reign of the Clippers' offense as the team's main source of scoring.

Clippers' DeAndre Jordan: Collects 16 rebounds Friday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Jordan scored 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-7 FT) to go with 16 rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 34 minutes in Friday's 100-91 loss to Washington.

Friday's 16 rebound game marked the eighth game in a row that Jordan collected at least ten rebounds. Over his last eight games, the center is averaging 13.1 points to go along with his 17.0 rebounds. In Blake Griffin's absence, Jordan has not missed a beat, collecting six double-doubles in eight games. Along with his consistent scoring, Jordan is a solid all-around option in the points column as well as on the boards.

Clippers' Sindarius Thornwell: Starting Friday vs. Wiz
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Thornwell will start Friday's game against the Wizards, Brad Turner of the LA Times reports.

It was initially reported that C.J. Williams would get the start at shooting guard, but the Clippers will instead go with the rookie out of South Carolina. He'll be joined by Lou Williams in a depleted backcourt that will be without Austin Rivers (concussion), Patrick Beverley (knee), and Milos Teodosic (rest), so all three of Williams, Thornwell and Williams will likely be counted on for heavy minutes.
