Trail Blazers' Maurice Harkless: Questionable for Monday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Harkless (quad) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of

Harkless was absent from Saturday's loss to the Rockets, and there doesn't appear to be much optimism surrounding his status for Monday on the road at Golden State. The Trail Blazers will likely update Harkless' status after shootaround Monday morning, but if he is unable to play, Evan Turner would be in line to pick up his second straight start at small forward.

Trail Blazers' Jusuf Nurkic: Out again Monday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Nurkic (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of reports.

This will be Nurkic's second straight absence after leaving last Tuesday's loss to the Wizards with the sprained right ankle. There still has been no update on the big man's recovery timetable, so he continue to be considered on a game-by-game basis with his next opportunity to play being Wednesday in Miami. Myers Leonard started at center in Nurkic's absence Saturday, so expect him to start once again against Golden State.

Trail Blazers' C.J. McCollum: Scores 28 points Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

McCollum scored 28 points (11-21 FG, 2-8 3PT, 4-5 FT) to go with two rebounds, four assists and one steal across 39 minutes in Saturday's 124-117 loss to Houston.

McCollum's 11-of-21 shooting performance on Saturday snapped a four game stretch in which he shot 34.2 percent from the floor. Shooting above 50.0 percent for the first time in five games, the guard also scored more than 20 points for the first time in his last six games. McCollum had scored at least 20 points in 4-of-5 games prior to missing the 20-point mark in the four games prior to Saturday. McCollum will look to start a new run of 20-plus point games when Portland takes on Golden State on Monday.

Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard: Scores team-high 35 points Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lillard scored 35 points (11-23 FG, 9-16 3PT, 4-4 FT) to go with four rebounds, six assists and one steal across 38 minutes in Saturday's 124-117 loss to Houston

Lillard, who is averaging a career-high 8.1 three-point attempts, made a season-high nine three-pointers on a season-high 16 attempts on Saturday. The guard's 56.2 percent performance from beyond the arc was miles ahead of his 35.0 percent rate for the season. As a result, Lillard's 35 points capped off a five game stretch in which he is averaging 28.8 points. Of those five games, Lillard scored 30-plus points three times.

Trail Blazers' Meyers Leonard: Set to join starting five Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Leonard will start at center for Saturday's game against the Rockets, Casey Holdahl of reports.

The Trail Blazers will be missing Jusuf Nurkic on Saturday, as he's been ruled out with an ankle injury. For that reason, they'll turn to Leonard, who will be getting his first start of the season. Leonard has been a minimal contributor for much of this season, playing in just three of the last six games and logging double-digit minutes just once during that span. That means Leonard should see a pretty sizable increase in playing time Saturday, though guys like Ed Davis and Noah Vonleh will also likely cover some of Nurkic's minutes.
