Roster Report · Notes, Quotes · Frustrations continue for reeling Suns

--G Aaron Brooks could be playing himself out of consideration to remain a Sun. Brooks had a horrible 12 minutes in place of Steve Nash on Tuesday, missing five of his six shots and committing four turnovers. The Suns were ourscored by nine points during his two short cameos on the floor.

--G Steve Nash had another nasty shooting night (6-for-17), but he still managed a double-double with 13 points and 14 assists, committing only two turnovers in 36 minutes. Of course, there was the defensive end, where Sacramento got double-doubles from guards Marcus Thornton and Tyreke Evans.

--F Channing Frye was coming off a scoreless game against Dallas, so 21 points and nine rebounds against the Kings looks pretty good by comparison. But Frye was 8-for-18 from the field and missed seven of his nine 3-pointers, and his offensive output was nullified by Sacramento's DeMarcus Cousins, who put up 17 points, seven rebounds and eight assists.

--F Mickael Pietrus (right quad tendon strain) missed his third straight game. He is day-to-day.
