Notes, quotes · Getting inside · Roster

--G John Wall regretted getting his first technical foul of his career in the loss to Orlando on Friday. "I don't think teams respect us very much. We have to earn it," he said.

--F Trevor Booker's six blocks vs. Orlando on Friday were the most by a Wizards rookie since Brendan Haywood blocked six shots vs. Miami on February 23, 2002. Booker played 12 minutes Saturday against Atlanta and had no points, no rebounds and no blocks.

--G Josh Howard (left knee tendinitis) hasn't played since Jan. 5. He could return to the lineup as soon as early next week.

--F Yi Jianlian (sprained left ankle) left Saturday's game in the fourth quarter. Yi jumped to defend a shot, and his leg buckled after his ankle landed awkwardly on G John Wall's foot. Yi stayed on the ground before being helped to the locker room. He did not return.
