03/16/2013 - 2013 Central Michigan Pro Day: Representatives from 28 NFL teams gathered at Central Michigan's pro day Monday, where 18 players participated in a workout that was held indoors on FieldTurf. Jahleel Addae, DB (5-10, 195) - Addae ran the 40-yard dash in 4.65 and 4.64 seconds, had a 4.37-second short shuttle and a 6.95-second three-cone drill. 01/03/2013 - Safety Jahleel Addae and offensive tackle Eric Fisher have accepted invitations to play in All-Star games in front of NFL scouts, coaches and player personnel. Addae accepted an invitation to the East-West Shrine game, while Fisher accepted an invite to the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.

Addae was a three-time All-MAC selection and two-time CMU Defensive Player of the Year. He tied for the league lead as a senior with four interceptions, while tallying 89 tackles and being named a co-captain. Addae earned MAC West Defensive Player of the Week honors for his standout play in the Senior Day win over Miami, after totaling 10 tackles with half a sack and an interception. The Chippewas have picked off 13 passes and broken up 44 more. Senior safety Jahleel Addae is one of the leaders in the secondary with a team-high four picks and 81 tackles. The Chippewas can point to their problems stopping teams on third downs for part of their defensive woes, ranking 94th in the country in third-down defense. 11/20/2012 - WEEK 12 MAC WEST DIVISION DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Central Michigan DB Jahleel Addae...Senior defensive back Jahleel Addae (Valrico, Fla.) headlined a strong Chippewas defensive effort in a 30-16 win over Miami. Addae recorded his second straight double digit tackle game, totaling 10, including seven solos and 1.5 for a loss, to go along with half of a sack, and an interception, his team-high third of the season. His second quarter interception of quarterback Zac Dysert turned the tide of the game in Central Michigan's favor. Tied at 7-7, the RedHawks were driving for the go-ahead touchdown but Addae snagged a tipped ball out of the air at the one-yard line and returned it 16 yards, ending the threat. - MAC football

Most of CMU's problems came on third downs, with CMU's opponents converting better than 45 percent of the time. Third-year coach Dan Enos stressed stopping teams on third downs. 07/18/2012 - 2012 JIM THORPE AWARD PRESEASON WATCH LIST: Jahleel Addae, Central Michigan S, Jr., has been selected to the Preseason Jim Thorpe Award Watch List for the 2012 college football season, presented to the best defensive back in college football by the Jim Thorpe Association. Addae (Valrico, Fla./Riverview) tied for the Mid-American Conference lead with four interceptions in 2011, ranked eighth in tackles per game (8.9) and ninth in total tackles (107). He was named a First Team All-MAC selection while also being named to Phil Steele's All-MAC first team. He recorded 10-plus tackles in five games, including a career-high 18 versus Northern Illinois. Addae also recorded a career-high two interceptions and forced a fumble in the victory over the eventual MAC champion Huskies. - Central Michigan football
