03/07/2013 - 2013 South Florida Pro Day: Four years of hard work on the football field came down to hundredths of a second without helmets or pads at the Lee Roy Selmon Athletics Center today. Every NFL team and some from the Canadian League were present, armed with stop watches and an analytic eye on a group of former Bulls making their last run to impress before the April's NFL draft. "I didn't get much sleep last night, but it was a relief coming out here on these same fields I practiced on," said former Bulls Linebacker Sam Barrington.
Barrington was one of only three USF players getting a second chance to work out for scouts following the NFL Combine. Defensive back Kayvon Webster impressed in Indianapolis, so much so that he hired super agent Drew Rosenhaus. "I think he has a chance to be a high draft pick and get USF on the map for the draft this year," said Rosenhaus. - Chris Fischer, WTSP 10 News
