A native of New Bern, N.C., Reddick was a four-year starter at UNC and posted 36 career tackles for losses, which ranks fifth in school history. In 2012, he had 85 total tackles and finished the regular season first in the ACC and 14th in the country in tackles for losses per game (1.54). His 18.5 tackles for losses ranks eighth in UNC single-season history.
