2012 Season
Rushed 200 times for 1,102 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaging 5.1 yards per carry. Added 18 receptions for 114 yards.
2011 Season
Won the starting job out of fall camp as the No. 1 tailback, only to see the early part of his season derailed by a cracked fibula in his leg in practice before the 2nd game of the year ... Missed 3 games before being able to return, and played a secondary role to Henry Josey who was emerging as the leading rusher in the Big 12 ... When Josey went down for the year with his injury, Lawrence stepped up and took over primary back duties again, and performed very well, as he gained 371 yards and 3 TDs in the final 4 games of the season after Josey was lost ...

Closed the season in strong fashion as he ran for a career-high 108 yards while adding 1 score in the Independence Bowl against North Carolina ... Finished the year with 566 yards rushing and 5 TDs, while catching 14 passes for 77 yards ... Got the start at running back against Miami (Ohio), and finished the game with 10 yards on nine carries while catching one pass out of the backfield for two yards ... suffered a hairline fracture in his fibula during practice prior to the Arizona State game ... returned from the fractured fibula against Kansas State, where he got six carries and had a long of 14.

Against Iowa State had 16 carries for 78 yards and a touchdown ... Carried the ball eight times on the ground for 41 yards against Oklahoma State, which included a score from 18 yards out ... rushed for 64 yards on nine carries at Baylor for an average of 7.1 yards per rush ... stepped in for the injured Henry Josey and rushed for 106 yards on 18 carries against Texas ... put Mizzou up by two scores with a 35-yard score with under five minutes left in the first half ... carried 15 times for 94 yards against Texas Tech, averaging 6.3 yards per carry ... ran the ball 17 times for 63 yards against Kansas while adding a touchdown from two yards out to tie the game at 10-10 in the third quarter...

2010 Season
Continued his development into a valuable weapon in the Tiger offense, as he posted career highs in every category ... In 12 games (missed one due to a shoulder injury), he carried 73 times for 422 yards and 4 TDs, and his 5.8 avergage per rush tied for the team high ... Just missed his first career 100-yard game at Texas Tech, when he carried 6 times for 96 yards, including a 71-yard TD in the first quarter that gave the Tigers a 14-0 lead at the time ... Carried the ball seven times for 20 yards against Illinois ... Also caught a pair of passes as he started for the first time in his career ... Was limited in the second half after suffering a bruised shoulder vs. Illinois and sat out the game McNeese State game.

Led the team with 63 rushing yards on eight carries against Miami (Ohio) ... Scored his first career TD on a career-long 39-yard run against the RedHawks ... Had six carries against Colorado ... Carried the ball 11 times for 44 yards against Texas A&M ... Scored his second TD of the year on a two-yard run against the Aggies ... Carried the ball six times for 12 yards against Oklahoma, and nearly scored on a 13-yard run in the fourth quarter, as he was marked out of bounds just shy of the goal line ... Added a 22-yard reception vs. OU.

Ran for 55 yards on six carries (9.2 avg.) against Nebraska ... Led the team with 96 yards on six carries against Texas Tech ... Scored his third TD of the year on a 71-yard run in the first quarter, which set a new season-long play for Mizzou ... Gained 22 yards on four carries in the victory over Kansas State ... Ran the ball six times against Iowa State ... Rushed for 75 yards on 10 carries against Kansas, including a 31-yard touchdown run in the second quarter ... Also had one reception (for 24 yards) against KU.

2009 Season
Showed Tiger fans that they've got an explosive presence in the backfield for years to come, as he ran for 219 yards throughout the course of the year in reserve action ... Also doubled as a kickoff return man, and averaged 18.2 yards on 12 tries, with a long of 32 yards (against Baylor).

Caught three passes on the year for 49 yards, including a beautiful leaping 33-yard reception on a third-and-long situation at Nevada that extended a Tiger drive which eventually ended in a touchdown ... Had four carries against Illinois in his first collegiate action ... Ran the ball seven times for 49 yards against Bowling Green on Sept. 12 ... Had career-highs in carries (10) and yards (77) in the win over Furman.

Carried the ball six times for eight yards against Nevada ... Was the Tigers' leading rusher against Texas, running for 37 yards on seven carries, one of which was a nice 22-yard gain up the middle that served as his long gain for the season ... Carried the ball seven times against Colorado on Oct. 31 ... Had two carries for 15 yards against Baylor ... Had seven rushes for 28 yards in the win over Iowa State.

High School
A late recruiting get for the Tigers who, as a Parade All-American was one of the most highly-regarded running back prospects in the country ... Rivals.com listed him as the No. 16 running back prospect in the nation, as well as the No. 49 overall player (any position) in the state of Texas ... ESPN.com called him a natural runner who displayed great patience through the hole with great vision and feel for the cutback who should excel in a spread attack such as Mizzou's.

Won First-Team All-State and district offensive MVP honors in 2008 as he rushed for 2,681 yards and a whopping 43 touchdowns while he helped lead his team to a 13-1 record and the school's first-ever district championship ... His team was 13-0 in games in which he played, but he was unable to go in the Class 4A state quarterfinal game due to an injured shoulder.

Had an amazing three-game stretch in November when he ran for yardage totals of 365, 242 and 261 yards in consecutive games, while getting five touchdowns in each of those games ... Had 1,734 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior, and won Second-Team All-State and First-Team All-District honors for his play in 2007 ... High school coach - Mickey Moss
