Played only two years at ASU but left his mark as one of the best punters in school history...holds the record for most yards per punt in a single season at 47.1 (2012)...finished his ASU career with a 44 yard average, which ranks as the second highest career punting average in school history behind Stephen Baker (44.9, 1998-99)...recorded 29 punts over 50 yards, including 22 in 2012...punted 114 times for a net of 5,013 yards and an average of 44.0 yards per punt...placed 44 punts (38.6 percent) inside of the 20 with only 14 touchbacks...had a long punt of 73 yards against UCLA in 2012...never had a punt blocked...named a 2012 Ray Guy Award semifinalist, only the second Sun Devil in school history to do so (Nick Murphy, 2000 and 2001).

Set the school record for yards per punt at 47.1, which led the Pac-12 and was second in the nation...named to numerous All-America teams, including Lindy's (third team) and Sports Illustrated (honorable mention)...named a Ray Guy Award semifinalist...earned Pac-12 All-Second Team accolades...pinned 20 punts inside the 20 (out of 52 total punts)...boomed 22 punts over 50 yards this season, the most in the Pac-12...against Oregon and UCLA averaged 52.7 yards per punt (nine attempts for 475 yards), three of which were downed within the 20...was awarded with College Football Performance Awards Punter of the Week honors for both of these consecutive weeks...had eight punts for 378 yards (47.2 average) with a long of 66 and three downed inside the 20 against Oregon State...participated in East-West Shrine Game and Casino Del Sol All-Star Game...named to Phil Steele All-Pac-12 second team...named the Babe Alex Demon Special Teams MVP at the team's Award Banquet on Dec. 8...did not punt in his final game as a Sun Devil in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl against Navy.

A 2009 graduate of Scottsdale (Ariz.) Desert Mountain High School...was rated as the No. 24 high school punter in the country in 2008 by ProKicker.com...netted All-Arizona honors by the Arizona Republic as a senior...dropped 16 punts inside the 20-yard line in 2008 while averaging 39.4 yards on 46 punts...caught 12 passes for 177 yards (14.8 avg.) as a senior...added 13 tackles and 1.5 sacks... earned Second-Team All-Desert Valley honors at punter as a junior in 2007 after averaging 38.2 yards on 17 punts..."ASU is where my heart is at and it was a huge thing for me to get an offer from them," said Hubner. "I grew up dreaming of playing in Sun Devil Stadium, and now getting to play there, I'm just on cloud-nine."...chose ASU over Arizona....also had offers from UNLV and Utah State and was pursued by Auburn, LSU, Miami (Fla.) and Utah... Born on Mar. 1, 1991 in Pompton Plains, N.J....parents are Tony and Carol Hubner of Scottsdale, Ariz....has three siblings, Scott (23), Ryan (18) and Brandon (16)...majoring in interdisciplinary studies focused in communications and education at ASU...plans to be a teacher after his football career concludes...verbally committed to ASU on Dec. 5, 2010...coached by Doug Madoski at Scottsdale Community College and Toby Tabor at Desert Mountain High School.
