It might be the offseason, but don't tell that to Antonio Brown and Russell Wilson, because apparently for those two, there is no offseason.

Wilson and Brown were in Los Angeles this week for an NBC promo shoot, which in theory, sounds like the perfect time to take a day off: You get a free flight to L.A., a free hotel. Basically, it's the perfect time to relax.

Brown and Wilson clearly do not believe in relaxing though, because after the promo shoot, they headed over to UCLA's campus and managed to get a workout in, and we know they got a workout in because they documented the entire thing on social media, starting with their warm-up stretches.

After that, the two spent about an hour working out together with Wilson throwing dozens of passes to Brown. Brown is usually catching passes from Ben Roethlisberger, so he knows a thing or two about playing with a good quarterback, and he definitely thinks Wilson is a good quarterback.

After the throwing session, Brown wrote on Twitter that Wilson has a "cannon."

Unless Wilson recently bought a 17th century pirate cannon, I'm presuming that Brown is talking about Wilson's arm strength.

Although Wilson and Brown were busy this week, they did find some time to take a selfie together.

That might make Ben jealous.

Brown has spent a lot of time over the past week catching passes from quarterbacks who aren't Ben. The Steelers receiver also worked out with Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater recently.

Anyway, if you have nothing to do for the next hour, you can watch the entire 60-minute throwing session between Brown and Wilson on Wilson's Facebook page.
