Bills QB EJ Manuel cleared to practice
For the first time since he suffered a knee injury last month, EJ Manuel is cleared to practice for the Bills.
But on Monday, the team had some good news to report.

This, of course, doesn't mean he'll positively be ready to play Sunday vs. the Steelers, but this also means if he practices well this week, there's a decent chance that he will.
Since Manuel has been out, the Bills have had instability at the quarterback position. Though Thad Lewis performed surprisingly well in the three games he started, he suffered a rib injury that kept him out for Week 9. At one point last week, Buffalo coach Doug Marrone didn't know whether he would start Lewis, Jeff Tuel or Matt Flynn.
The Bills ended up going with Tuel -- who played fine considering he was an undrafted rookie making his first NFL start -- and fell to the Chiefs on Sunday after an early upset bid.
Manuel was limited to individual workouts in practice last week, and multiple reports still say that Manuel probably won't be ready until Week 11.
