Chargers vs. Vikings: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Sunday's NFL game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Chargers vs. Vikings football game
Game Recap
The Minnesota Vikings won the last time they faced the Los Angeles Chargers, and things went their way on Sunday, too. Minnesota walked away with a 27-20 victory. The win came about even with them handicapping themselves with 88 penalty yards.
It was another big night for the Vikings' RB Dalvin Cook, who punched in one rushing touchdown. TE Tyler Conklin was in the mix, too, providing Minnesota with two touchdowns.
No one had a standout game offensively for Los Angeles, but they got scores from RB Austin Ekeler and RB Larry Rountree III.
Minnesota's win brought them up to 3-5. Los Angeles' loss pushed them down to 5-4.
The Vikings will take on the Green Bay Packers at 1 p.m. ET next Sunday at home. Green Bay's offense will need to be on point to get points against Minnesota's defense, which is averaging only 18 points allowed per game. Los Angeles has the luxury of staying home another week and will welcome the Pittsburgh Steelers at 8:20 p.m. ET Nov. 21 at SoFi Stadium.
